About Our Coffees

All Wolfgang Puck Coffees are grown at high altitudes where the coffee cherries ripen slowly to allow their unique flavors and aromas to fully develop. Our coffees are selected from the top 5% of the world’s coffee production. While all Arabica coffees are handpicked, there are varying degrees of care taken in this process. Fine estates will harvest beans three or more times, taking only ripe cherries each time. These are the quality farmers that we work with to supply our specialty beans.

As with any agricultural product, coffee quality can vary dramatically between producing countries, regions and even individual farms. Our team of professional coffee cuppers have over half a century’s combined experience. They also have longstanding relationships with fine coffee estates around the globe. Unlike commercial coffee roasters, our focus is on quality and variety rather than volume. As a result, our coffee menu offers a broad array of exotic coffee experiences.
